Luxury Travel Consultant

Luxury Travel Consultant required for a well-established tour operator based in Hertfordshire who specialise in luxury tailor-made trips to wine regions in France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. You will be delivering bespoke wine holidays for clients and be the point of contact throughout the entirety of their trip. The role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis and a salary of up to £30,000 basic and a generous commission scheme.

Luxury Travel Consultant responsibilities:

• Taking enquiries via phone, email and live chat and designing their tailor-made itinerary
• Liaising with suppliers including hotels, wineries, guides, restaurants and transport providers
• Producing detailed itinerary quotes via the booking system
• Pre and post trip communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the trip
• Visiting and assessing new hotels, vineyards and restaurants on familiarisation trips

Luxury Travel Consultant skills required:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly motivated
• Passion for travel
