As a Luxury Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and business goals while keeping a pulse on industry trends to deliver compelling campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing tools and platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Typeform, and Google Analytics, leveraging your technical expertise to optimize performance.
  • Fine-tune platform functionality for seamless campaign execution and data analysis, troubleshooting any issues to maintain effectiveness.
  • Direct advertising campaigns across various channels, crafting creative assets and advising on budget allocation for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive marketing reporting, using digital metrics to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate the effectiveness of their initiatives.
  • Drive website management, ensuring fresh content, smooth user experience, and implementing SEO strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Expand target audiences using data insights, devising engagement strategies to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Foster collaboration and innovation within the team, seizing new marketing opportunities across different departments.

You'll need:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing management experience, specialising in luxury product marketing with a keen eye for brand standards.
  • Proficiency in third-party marketing platforms, ideally with expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, capable of juggling deadlines and a demanding workload.
  • Proven success in audience building and campaign management, with a collaborative and mature approach to teamwork.
  • Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership of projects.
  • A drive to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a knack for managing diverse responsibilities effectively.
