Academics is actively seeking a dedicated full-time LSA to join a dynamic school community in Tower Hamlets. Your mission? To provide crucial support to a student about to embark on their reception journey. This role is set to begin as soon as possible for the right candidate! Don't wait any longer to be a part of shaping the education of students in Tower Hamlets.

The ideal candidate? Someone with recent experience in Tower Hamlets, well-versed in referral processes and CAMHS. While familiarity with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and personal care is beneficial, what truly matters is your unwavering dedication to helping children thrive.

Imagine yourself at a vibrant primary school, conveniently located near multiple stations for easy commuting. Rated "Good" in their last inspection, this school offers an initial contract (£85-£95 per day PAYE) with potential for permanency, subject to funding.

What do you need to join our team? Experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), a valid Child Workforce DBS (preferably on the update service), two recent school-based references, and eligibility to work in the UK.
