Lorry Driver

Buxted Construction,a groundworks and civil engineering specialist in the new housing industry, is looking for a Plant Lorry Driver up to 18.5 tonne.

The role will be based at the plant yard in West Kingsdown, Kent with visits to sites to collect and deliver plant items as directed by the plant manager. The role will also include general yard duties when not driving.

MUST HAVE Requirements:

CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo:

• EXPERIENCE Plant Mover - Non Operational Duties (earth Moving Equipment)
• EXPERIENCEPlant Mover - Non Operational Duties (earth Moving Equipment/Wheeled articulated up to 15t)
• EXPERIENCE Plant Mover - Non Operational Duties (Other / Ride on Roller)
• EXPERIENCE Plant Loader & Securer

Category C Licence : 18T Rigid

Plant Industry Experience

Experience within the construction industry an advantage

Good timekeeper and able to work unsupervised.

Work in a safe and efficient manner.

Good communication skills and a flexible can-do attitude.

Drive and operate in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner, and in accordance with company policy & procedures, legislation and traffic regulations.

Working hours are between 07:45 to 16:45 - Monday to Friday.
