LLS Logistics are currently looking for Logistics Construction Manager for an upcoming project in Edinburgh, EH3.

The role will involve planning, organizing and implementing the company’s logistical processes on-site including delivery and waste management, traffic management, security, site access and egress systems, co -ordination of material storage on site, maintenance of welfare areas and pedestrian routes through the site.

The role also requires the Logistics Manager to manage the site is in accordance with statutory requirements and the company’s policy and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A proven track record within a sub-contractor Logistics Manager role
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, preferable
  • Ability to deal with complex logistics issues
  • Knowledge and understanding of safety procedures
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Stable employment history
  • Valid CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • IT Skills
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Traffic Marshall + Fire Marshall Ticket
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing people
  • Good time management and organisational skills
