Role: German/Spanish Logistics Administrator

Location: Wythenshawe

Salary: £26,500 plus 15% annual bonus

My client, a leading lift operator in Wythenshawe, are looking for a logistics administrator to join their busy team. This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive, curious and entreprenurial candidate who is looking to suceed in their career.

A German/Spanish speaking candidate would be desired for this position, as it is a multilingual site, who’s clientele cover Europe and Africa. You also need to be willing to fulfil basic warehouse duties, such as lifting and loading.

Daily duties include:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries regarding spare parts
  • Liaison with engineers to identify and source spare parts for elevator and escalator systems as required
  • Obtain quotations from key suppliers & prepare quotations for customers
  • Process Sales Orders for spare parts and diagnostic tools
  • Raise invoices and journals
  • Respond to invoice queries, credit requests etc.
  • Produce monthly stock valuation and shipping reports
  • Notify customers of tracking numbers for shipments daily
  • Update stores database
  • Filing
  • Participate in annual stock check
  • Assist with packing/unpacking deliveries
