A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator, on behalf of our client in Stanford le Hope

Duties will include:

  • Setting up files, inputting data and checking paperwork
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure the fulfilment of client orders
  • Engage with clients to provide information and guidance regarding the logistics of their goods
  • Address queries promptly and professionally
  • Booking in transport and deliveries
  • Working as part of a fast-paced Logistics team
  • Determining correct vehicle size for loads
  • Ensuring that all internal systems are updated

You will require:

  • Previous experience within a Logistics / POS environment
  • Excellent administration skills
  • IT literacy
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Knowledge of different vehicles and loads
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player

Hours:

  • 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm
  • Rotating shifts
