We are delighted to be working with well-established Oxford College to recruit a Lodge Receptionist (12 month Fixed Term Contract) to join their team.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, operating the security and front of house services for the college.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor CCTV for college and ensure security of staff and visitors
- Maintain accurate records of incidents that occur and escalate when necessary
- Answer the telephone and direct calls to the relevant department
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring sent in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Monitor car and bicycle parking and instruct visitors
- General administrative duties when required

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, on a rota system with early shift starting at 7:00 and late shift finishing at 22:00.
The salary on offer is £25,500.
