Our client, an college in Oxford is currently searching for a motivated Lodge Manager to support their Lodge Team and the College. The Lodge Manager will lead a team of Lodge receptionist and night porters that will provide the highest levels of service to customers (including students, staff, visitors, conference delegates) and promote a professional and positive image of the College to everyone who has contact with the Lodge.

What's involved?

  • previous property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer or hospitality experience would be advantageous
  • naturally curious about people, and with a passion to and experience of delivering the highest standards of customer service
  • excellent organisational skills
  • confident leader, adaptable and responsive under pressure
  • good IT skills (all MS Office)
