This locum position offers the chance to make a substantial impact within a dynamic team, providing legal expertise in a diverse range of property litigation matters.

The firm is looking for a legal professional with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience, who is adept at navigating complex property disputes. The successful candidate will take the lead in managing a caseload that includes residential possession claims, boundary disputes, dilapidations claims, and a variety of other property-related legal issues. With a robust background in litigation, the individual will be expected to confidently guide cases through to trial.

The incoming locum solicitor will be stepping into the shoes of a senior associate, working under the supervision of a partner yet with considerable autonomy. They will join a well-established team with secretarial support provided, ensuring that administrative tasks do not detract from the focus on legal work. 
While the majority of the litigation team prefers the synergy of an office environment, working 4 to 5 days on-site, the firm is open to discussing a more flexible hybrid arrangement for a candidate with the requisite seniority and expertise. Integration with the team is paramount, yet there is a willingness to accommodate more remote working for the right individual.
