Birchrose Associates are recruiting for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist a Dorset based law firm for 3 - 6 months +.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a long established, full service practice to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The role will be based from their office in the Dorset.

This assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of 3 - 6 months, with potential to extend beyond this point. The locum is free to work full time or part time, with a minimum of 3 days per week required.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a caseload including the following matters:

  • Drafting and advising on a range of wills
  • Trusts
  • LPAs
  • Estate administration

The locum will benefit from highly experienced, one to one secretarial support.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor
  • Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
