Locum Private Client Solicitor

Birchrose Associates are partnering with a L500 firm in London to recruit for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist for 12 months

The Opportunity

We are working on an attractive, long term opportunity within a highly regard, L500 firm for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive. The role will be based from their office in London with excellent transport links.

This role is to cover whilst someone is on maternity leave, as well as the firm looking to grow on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be free to start in May 2024 for an initial 12 months. The locum is free to work full time or part time, with a minimum of 3 days per week required.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a caseload including the following matters:

• Drafting and advising on a range of wills
• Trusts
• LPAs
• Estate administration

The locum will benefit from highly experienced, one to one secretarial support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor
• Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
