Locum Private Client Solicitor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within a friendly firm in Cornwall starting ASAP for 1 month +.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a friendly, long-established practice to source a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive due to an increase in workload.

This assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of 1 month with potential to extend beyond this point. The ideal locum will be looking to assist 5 days per week, however candidates seeking a different working pattern are welcome to apply. This is an office-based role.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum will manage a caseload of private client matters including:

• Drafting and advising on a range of wills
• Probate
• Estate administration
• LPAs

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience handling busy and varied private client caseloads
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
