Job Title: Planning Solicitor - Locum
Location: West Midlands /Very flexible hybrid
Hours: Monday - Friday

Overview:

Our client, a prestigious and well-established Law Firm is actively seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join the team on an-going Locum basis.

The Role:

As the successful Planning Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team by managing a varied caseload of Planning Law files from start to completion, Including:

• Highway matters & agreements
• 106 agreements
• Planning agreements
• Appeals

About You:

Ideal for legal professionals with a robust background in Planning Law and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
