Birchrose Associates are partnering with a reputable firm, recruiting for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to start a new role ASAP for 3 months +

The Opportunity

Our client, a traditional, full-service law firm is seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor to assist whilst they are recruiting on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice and able to commit to a new assignment for 3 months +.

The role will need to be office based; however, they will allow for flexibility in working hours, or consider candidates on a part-time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities

The Locum Litigation Solicitor will assume responsibility for a busy and varied caseload including civil litigation, commercial litigation, contentious probate, and some property litigation matters.

You will have secretarial support provided for this role, as well as benefit from other Fee Earners in the team.

Requirements

  • Experience handling varied litigation caseloads
