Are you an experienced Commercial Lawyer or Solicitor with over 3 years of PQE? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a dynamic Commercial & Technology Team based in Reading as a Locum Commercial Solicitor.

About the Role:

Our client is actively searching for a talented Commercial Solicitor to contribute to a vibrant team. The role involves working with a diverse clientele, handling international commercial contracts, technology agreements, and more. The team operates with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility with potential remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Advising on contractual risk and providing solutions for clients.
• Handling digital media, data, technology, and intellectual property matters.
• Contributing to strategic business projects and expansion initiatives.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years PQE as a Commercial Lawyer or Solicitor.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, data protection, and intellectual property.
• Experience in negotiating commercial contracts and providing pragmatic advice.
• Interest and experience in digital media, data, and technology (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
