The Business Development Manager role:

Park’s Carlisle is looking for a Local Business Development Manager to work proactively within the local market area to identify, qualify and engage with businesses of all sizes, working towards supplying a full range of One Toyota products and services.

One Toyota Fleet aims to deliver a one stop shop for all our Business Customers’ needs via multiple channels to market. We maximise Customer and Vehicle Lifetime Value opportunities across leasing, ownership, mobility and insurance products and services.

You will be solely responsible for customer relationships, revenue maximisation, and forecasting and account management within your area of the business. Database and pipeline growth. prospect and customer relationships, revenue maximisation, forecasting and account management, will all fall under your remit.

In line with our Talent Enablement culture, we will give you ownership and encourage you to deliver outcomes that lie outside of the remit of this Job Profile. We do this to give you extra experience, to stretch and develop you within your role, enabling you to be the best you can be.

What we are looking for:

+ Experience working within a B2B sales environment is preferable, but not essential
+ Previous Automotive experience is preferable, but not essential
+ Experience within an account management role is preferable, but not essential
+ A full UK driving licence
+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes
+ High standards of verbal and written communication
+ Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent)
+ Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills
+ Interests that support your work life balance
