Our client is a very welcoming, supportive & ambitious Practice with extremely pleasant offices in Kent who currently have an opening in their sociable and personable team.

The role will be predominately accounts production with maybe a small amount of audit if appropriate although audit ability is NOT essential

This accountancy firms clients are all in the South East and they currently work 4 days in the office and one at home and a summary of potential duties (depending on current level) appears below:-

Plan, carry out and assist with the preparation and completion of accounts (and maybe audits) at client’s premises or at our client’s offices for director or managerial review Inc amendment and updating of file

Periodic and statutory accounts

Accounts/audit preparation programmes

Completion of money laundering documentation

Ensure correct disclosures in accordance with Companies Acts

Prepare Financial Reporting Review and Benchmarking reports

Identify possible improvements to client systems

Assisting the Director/Manager in the planning and completion of accounts and audit work

Prepare business tax computations (corporate and non corporate)

Identify disallowable expenditure

Prepare P11D’s

Assist/prepare draft personal tax computations or returns

Our client uses Iris, Excel, Sage 50 accounts & Word and occasional QuickBooks, KashFlow or Xero so experience in these packages would be an advantage
