Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with Building Managers, Agents, Surveyors, Investors, and real estate clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in email communication, creative approaches, and leveraging personal leads. Utilise resources including LinkedIn Premium and Rocket Reach for effective networking.
• Drive sales through proactive phone outreach, engagement on LinkedIn, and delivering compelling presentations.
• Expand the company's presence in tenders and open doors to clients, including Business owners seeking office refurbishments, Asset managers, and facilities managers.
• Embrace marketing responsibilities, potentially contributing to adjustments on the company website.
