Live out Housekeeper, Gloucestershire

Silver Swan is currently seeking a live out Housekeeper for a large, busy 5 bedroom household near Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The successful Housekeeper will be working for a family of 5, with children aged 10, 8, and 6, and a family dog. My client is an interior designer, so we are looking for a Housekeeper with excellent attention to detail. All household laundry is sent out to dry cleaners, so the Housekeeper will be responsible for all other Housekeeping duties. We are looking for candidates who can think ahead and take initiative in their role. This is a busy family so we are looking for someone who can be a strong source of support within the household. They do also have another property in London, but this role will be fully based in Gloucestershire. The house is about 15 minutes from Cirencester. Responsibilities:

• General daily Housekeeper duties
• Deep cleans when required
• Household shopping and errands
• Occasional meal prep and family style cooking
• Care of antiques and fine furnishings
• Occasionally taking the family dog to the vets when required

Ideal candidate:

• MUST have the right to live and work in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Driver essential
• Must be animal friendly
• Flexible approach - happy to take on duties that may not be outlined in the job description

Package:

• Working week: Monday - Friday 8/8.30am - 5/6pm
• Start date: Beginning of Summer
• Accommodation: Not provided
• Salary: £40-45k gross per annum
