Are you a live-in carer who is passionate about delivering outstanding care?   We're thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate individual to provide live-in complex care to a person we support in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter.   As a live-in carer you will effectively become part of the family and everyday life, with the role encompassing everything from companionship to personal care to managing complex care needs and medication requirements.   We're seeking caring individuals who have a passion for making a difference. Key Responsibilities

Our live-in carers cover all aspects of support for others – from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. 
  • Support with all facets of daily living
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times
  • Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy
  • Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
