A well-established firm is currently seeking General Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Isleworth.  The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling a wide range of litigation matters and providing high-quality legal advice to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of general litigation matters, including but not limited to inheritance disputes, breach of contract, and property-related cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal opinions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team to strategize and develop case theories.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal precedents that may impact client cases.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing effective communication and legal guidance.
  • Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 3 years plus post-qualification experience in general litigation.
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Proven experience in representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
