The Role: As a Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload and provide expert legal advice on a range of contentious matters. You will represent clients in court and be responsible for managing all phases of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and property disputes.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and briefs with precision and clarity.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation.
  • Strong academic background and excellent technical legal skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
