My Client who is an award-winning firm with a fantastic reputation requires a Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with complex matters, a clear understanding of the CPR, and experience in High Court litigation. The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters. Experience in the following areas is essential:

• Landlord and Tenant

• Contentious Probate

• Contractual Disputes

• Employment

• Civil Litigation

• Boundary Disputes

This role requires a highly organised and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment. The role provides an opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.

Candidates:

Successful applicants will join a friendly team will have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage their caseload of files with minimal supervision. This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to prioritise work, use initiative, and work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
