LITIGATION PARALEGAL - FULL AND PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES

FAREHAM, HAMPSHIRE

SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

We are currently looking to recruit both a full and part time a Litigation Paralegal to join our clients growing Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join and assist in their highly regarded department.

The successful candidate will be working as member of a vibrant and growing and civil litigation team, working alongside partners and associates.

In your role, you will:

1. Assist partners/associates with the day-to-day management of their files, which may include: -

• the drafting documents, including witness statements and court forms;
• preparing court bundles;
• legal research;
• liaising with, and meeting with clients; and
• assisting with general compliance and file administration tasks.

2. Manage their own caseload of small claim cases and debt recovery claims if able.

Experience in Litigation is preferred and relevant academics a benefit.
