Newstaff Employment Services are working in partnership with an FMCG Manufacturing company based in Flitwick, we are looking for a Line Production Operative

Duties:

  • Erecting cardboard cartons
  • Attaching labels
  • Carrying out quality inspections on products
  • Completing production sheet paperwork
  • Maintenance of good housekeeping practices on production lines and within the factory

Must:

  • Be physically fit
  • Able to read/write English and be numerically
  • Turn up to work
  • Be able to work on your own as well as part of a team
  • Want to work 12 hours

Shifts and Pay Rates: 

  • Wednesday to Saturday 8pm to 8am
  • While training you will be on a day shift 8am to 8pm for about 4 weeks
  • 8am to 8pm £11.44 with a 12% shift premium for all hours worked £12.81
  • 8pm to 8am £11.44 with a 35% shift premium for all hours worked £15.03
