Job Title: Line Leader

Location: Tilbury

Start: Immediate

Pay Rate: £14.87 per hour

Working Hours: 8:00-16:00

Shifts Available:

  • Tuesday till Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity targets.

  • Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.

  • Monitor and report on performance, addressing any issues or areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Work in a chilled environment, adhering to the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse/factory environment is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the team.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving set targets.

  • Adaptability to work in a chilled environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
