Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 02:00pm - Midnight

Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with a large food manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a full time Line Leader

Responsibilities:

• Report production issues to Production Manager
• Manage the line and operators
• Take full responsibility for food safety
• Complete safety start up checks
• Responsible for holidays and sickness cover
• Record waste and downtimes
• Manage line break downs and seek Engineers support
• Attend regular production meetings
• Train line operators
• Maximise output by ensuring line is up to speed
• Ensure products are at right specification
• Ensure health and safety procedures are met at all times

• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Lead a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to challenge others
