Here in Boston, we employ around 400 colleagues and produce ready to eat salads, prepared vegetables and snacks for many of the major retailers such as Coop, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar and BOL.

What you'll be doing

Line Coordinator - Day Shift - Continental A or B shift - 06:00-18:00 at £13.79 per hour

* To assist in the active promotion of a safety culture and ensure all health and safety requirements are met in the area.

* To take ownership for product quality in the day to day running of the area/department/shift.

* To ensure all company procedures are followed by all employees and that good hygiene and housekeeping practices are always maintained.

* Ensure that all product handling and manufacturing is done in a hygienic environment in compliance with food legislation.

* Ensure good communications are maintained within the department/area/shift and with all departments.

* To assist in the setting KPI's, monitoring and take accountability to achieve the targets set

ordering and control.

* To cover leave of colleagues and manage holiday/absence from all teams.

* Ensure all paperwork completed in all areas/departments and is accurate, reliable, comprehensive, and legible.

What we're looking for

* Good level of English & Math - you will be required to follow processes and recipes, as well as ensuring the correct quantities are used in each batch.

* Ideally experience in a chilled food manufacturing environment, but this isn't mandatory - other FMCG backgrounds will be considered.

* Attention to detail.

* Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.

* Ability to work unsupervised.
