Permanent Job
STOP: The candidate must have experience in light, delicate assembly - some of the products are extremely small.
We are looking for 2 x experienced light assembly operatives who can commit to a rotating shift within a busy electronics engineering company near Lutterworth.
This is a light, delicate role where you assemble high-value electronics by hand, follow drawings, use tweezers and pinchers along with some simple cleaning or coating work.
You need to have an extremely steady hand, be able to follow engineering drawings and be highly dexterous.
It's Monday - Friday, and it's a rotating AM/PM shift, so you obviously need to be confident working both shifts (if you cannot rotate, this is NOT the role for you).
To be considered - you must be an experienced assembly operative who can read drawings, work with light, delicate products and be dexterous (these products are very high-value and easily damaged).
PLEASE NOTE: AS THIS IS A PERMANENT JOB, WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES TO SHOW COMMITMENT TO EMPLOYERS AND SOME LONGEVITY.
In return for your hard work - this role offers you:
- £27K - £30K (DOE)
- Proper benefits package.
- An annual performance bonus.
- A nice career ladder to climb.
- Excellent facilities.
- Job security - this is a permanent job from day one.
