We are looking for 2 x experienced machine operators who can commit to a rotating morning / afternoon shift within a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a standing, active role where you operate a machine that produces light ceramic products used in the aerospace and automotive sector.

You will be setting, loading, operating, unloading, and performing quality checking.

The product is not heavy but its delicate, valuable and damages easy, so you need to be careful.

The factory is clean, warm, dry and there is lots of work to keep you busy with.

If you love engineering or perhaps want to learn more about precision engineering then this is a great opportunity.

To be considered - you need to be local to Rugby, able to work the rotating shift, have worked within a machine operating role before and be dexterous.

If you have worked within precision engineering our have some form of engineering BTEC then that would be perfect.
