Role:
As a Licensed Residential Conveyancer, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a varied caseload, offering expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Your responsibilities will include direct client interaction, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. From initial instruction to completion, you'll oversee all legal aspects of property transactions.
Skills & Experience:
- Possess 1-2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
- Hold a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of local property markets and establish a solid local presence.
- Excel in client care, fostering and maintaining relationships effectively.
- Exhibit proficiency in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest legal standards.
