Role:

As a Licensed Residential Conveyancer, you'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload, offering expert advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Your responsibilities will include direct client interaction, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. From initial instruction to completion, you'll oversee all legal aspects of property transactions.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess 1 plus years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Hold a current practicing certificate.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of local property markets and establish a solid local presence.
• Exhibit proficiency in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision.
