  • Liaison Clerk / Manager (Salary Neg) 
A niche company offering specialist exporting of live pets are looking for additional team member to join their happy fun business environment.
The business has been operating as an international shipping agent for over 25 years from its Heathrow hub and have a wealth of experience in their field.
    
Shift Details
  • Monday – Friday
  • 08:30 – 17:30
  • 1 hour for lunch
Salary Package
  • circa £32,000 PA Depending on experience.
  • Overtime available
  • 20 Days Holiday

Requirements & Experience    
  • Car Licence and able/happy to drive small van
  • Works well under pressure and too tight deadline
  • No animal/pet phobias/allergies as the pets are in our office every day.
  • Must be physically fit as carrying cats/dogs is required (not the big nasty ones though)
  • Experience in airfreight exports/imports (Not Essential) 
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Word skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team
  Duties
  • Administration
  • Dealing with all aspects of exports
  • Dealing with kennels, quarantine centers for animals
  • Assisting clients in their export of pets to desired worldwide locations.
  • Advise all regulations and processes involved.
  • Ensure pet owners are given support from beginning to end.
  • Assist with loading pet shipping crates into van, receiving clients PES and some driving around of the pets, vets, kennels, etc.
  • Cuddling pets – Key duty!
