MBA are looking for senior claims handler with experience in Liability Claims (Employer Liability & Public Liability). Our client is looking to expand the claims function,  this role is a remote postion.

This role will involve full caseload claims management in a high-volume and fast-paced setting. Liability Claims Handler Responsibilities:
Managing own caseload of Liability Claims and workflow in a proactive manner, escalating where necessary
Ensuring targets and SLAs are achieved
Liaising with insurers, brokers, clients and policy holders
Ensuring insurance principles are adhered to
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required and directed from the Team Manager including meeting preparation, maintaining spreadsheets and basic system reporting

Liability Claims Handler Requirements:
Liability claims experience (EL/PL) 
Strong negotiation skills developed in a claims environment
Strong attention to detail, able to spot problems and provide solutions
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
