The Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) team looks at transactions across a wide range of sectors including Technology, Media and Telecom, Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare, Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure, and geographies including the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. You will be assisting in origination and execution of transactions.

You can expect to be involved in the execution of LDCM transactions, including high yield bonds and syndicated leveraged loans. Your role will involve all aspects of transaction preparation, structuring, credit analysis, due diligence, legal documentation, and interacting with private equity and corporate clients.

Your key responsibilities
  • Assisting senior team members with origination of new business, including identification of target opportunities
  • Involvement in the preparation of presentations for clients, investors, and the broader investment community and be responsible for responding to client-specific requests
  • Communicating with clients, advisers and senior investment bankers in both origination and execution projects, including participation in client meetings and events
  • Assisting with local product/ sector projects, initiatives, and responsibilities, and work towards revenue requirements determined by the business
Your skills and experience
  • Industry experience and/or a background in Capital Markets is essential
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial markets
  • Experience in financial analysis, modelling and valuations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in prioritising and problem solving
