Morr & Co LLP is an established but modern top 200 law firm with plans for growth.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality and creative thinking, as well as generating enduring relationships. The firm's culture of listening to and supporting others applies as much to the approach we take with our clients as it does to the connections we build with our colleagues.

We have a long history and big ambitions, and we believe that we combine the quality, capability, and resources of a large firm with the approachability of a smaller practice.

As a firm, we are also committed to harnessing technology in order to continually improve the quality, efficiency and delivery of our services.

We are offering a unique route to qualifying as a Solicitor in house, over a 30-month period. This is an opportunity for suitable candidates to have a hands-on learning experience experiencing all aspects of working in a Law Firm with support and industry expertise at your fingertips.

The programme will be set out to include weekly workshops, covering areas of Law and Practice, revision resources, forums, and support sessions all to aid the completion of your qualifying portfolio.

Specifically working within our Dispute Resolution team, this is not a rotational programme. A genuine interest in Litigation would be beneficial.

Entry Requirements: The Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship programme is designed for those individuals with an English law degree or equivalent who have existing knowledge and understanding of the foundational areas of English law*: English Legal System, Contract Law, Tort Law, Public Law, Land Law, Trusts Law and Criminal Law.

Minimum 2:1

Experience within a law firm, would be desirable but not essential.

The governing body, BPP, will provide materials aligned to the SQE specification to enable Graduate Solicitor Apprentices to revise and refresh their knowledge of these underlying areas of law.

The apprentice will also be required to produce a work portfolio which must be signed off prior to undertaking SQE2.

Morr & Co LLP are committed to promoting equal opportunities for all candidates irrespective of age, sex, ethnicity, gender identity or disability. We value difference and want everyone who works with us to feel that our firm is a place where our colleagues can be themselves and belong.

The firm is committed to providing an environment in which the rights and dignity of all its employees are respected, and which is free from discrimination, prejudice, intimidation and all forms of harassment including bullying.

If, as a result of a disability, you believe that there are aspects of the recruitment process or when working with us that you would find more difficult, please contact a member of HR Team as soon as possible. We will then be able to discuss with you any reasonable adjustments that could be made to the recruitment process or the job itself.

Any equality data provided by you will be used to monitor our diversity policies and practices.
