The Oaks Day Nursery is an OUTSTANDING nursery based in Selly Oak (B29), they are currently looking for level 3 qualified practitioners to work in their setting. The Oaks have a brilliant team of staff and the nursery itself is a beautiful setting. The nursery offers so much more than just childcare, they provide a safe, nurturing, and caring environment where young children can thrive. They have a forest school, a sensory room, and they hold Millie's Mark 2017, so all of their staff members are paediatric first aid trained.

Your new role

The nursery is currently looking for qualified early years practitioners. These must be in either level 3 childcare or early years. We cannot accept any other qualifications. This is not a role with fixed hours or days, but there is demand for multiple days throughout the week with flexible nursery hours. You will be required to work in different rooms, from babies to preschool, nappy changing is also a requirement, having a first aid qualification is also a bonus.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you must be a confident and positive individual, who is easily able to adapt to a new setting and integrate into a new team. You must be able to try new things, build relationships with both staff and the children. You MUST be level 3 qualified in childcare or early years and MUST be able to support yourself with personal care.
