Job Title: Level 3 Playworker/Childcare Practitioner

Location: Bradford, Tong, and Keighley areas

Position Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about providing high-quality childcare and creating engaging play experiences for children? We are currently seeking Level 3 Playworkers/Childcare Practitioners to join our team in the Bradford, Tong, and Keighley areas. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver a variety of stimulating and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can learn and thrive.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
• Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Playwork, Childcare, or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a childcare setting, preferably as a Level 3 practitioner.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
