Nursery Practitioner

Location: Leytonstone

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Qualifications: CACHE/NVQ Level 3 or above - unless you would like to apply for an unqualified role

Pay: £95 - £105 per day based on experience and qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

We adhere to a meticulously planned curriculum aligned with the revised Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring each child receives tailored support for their individual growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in daily care routines, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children.
• Implement a diverse range of activities and experiences to stimulate learning and development.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
• Support the leadership team in maintaining a collaborative and positive working environment.

Requirements:

• CACHE/NVQ Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare setting post-qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
