Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
  • Job Type: Full time, Permanent (30 hours per week, during Camden term time only)
  • Location: Camden
  • Salary: £15,385 per annum (FTE £27,352) plus holiday pay of £2,000 per year
  • Hours: 8:30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday 

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team on a fixed-term contract. The role offers professional development opportunities and a chance to grow your career within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will work closely with bilingual practitioners, senior leaders, and external professionals to deliver exceptional care and education.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Liaise with bilingual practitioners (English and Spanish), senior leaders, and outside professionals.
  • Maintain and adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures.
  • Follow routines, duties, timetables, rotas, and record-keeping activities as directed by the nursery manager.
  • Ensure polite and courteous communication with children, parents, and the staff team at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CACHE, NVQ Level 3, or above qualification in childcare and education or a recognised equivalent.
  • Paediatric first aid certificate.
  • Experience working with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not essential.
