 Nursery Practitioner

Reed Education Plymouth is actively seeking Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners who are dedicated to shaping the minds of young children. Day to Day of the role:

  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
  • Plan and deliver creative and educational activities in line with early years curriculum.
  • Adapt to the varying needs of children and the nursery, ensuring a high standard of care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support child development.
  • Embrace the flexibility of supply work, covering sickness, exploring long-term placements, or stepping into permanent roles as desired.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare, demonstrating expertise in early years education.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment.
  • Adaptability to meet the challenges of a dynamic educational setting.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative environment.
