Level 3 Nursery Assistant

Location: Norfolk
Contract Type: Temporary (April 15th - July 19th)
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Salary: £12.82 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: 07:45 - 15:45

We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing and dynamic early years setting in a small village setting in North Norfolk. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and education, creating a stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Designing and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Regularly observing children’s progress and adapting activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic environment, ensuring the well-being of all children.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s care and education.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive, stimulating environment that fosters a love of learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A recognized Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education).
• Previous experience working in an early years setting is essential.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards working with children and within a team.
