MILK Education is working with a Primary school in the Oldham ( OL1 ) who are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible and running until the end of July 2024. This role is working 5 x full days per week Monday to Friday 08:30 am- 16:00 pm. You will be supporting children with their learning and development across KS1 and will be expected to work with small groups of children with phonics and reading sessions and one to one support as and when required.

Applicants will need to possess:

  • Must have a level 2 qualification for this role and previously support EYFS experience or similar.   
  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
  • Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
  • Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.
