We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be NCFE Cache Level 2 qualified and ready to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their formative years.
Day-to-day of the role:- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
- Plan and deliver a range of educational activities that promote child development and learning.
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development.
- Ensure the health and safety of children is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the nursery setting.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs.
- NCFE Cache Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
