We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be NCFE Cache Level 2 qualified and ready to make a positive impact on the lives of children during their formative years.

• Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and deliver a range of educational activities that promote child development and learning.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
• Work in partnership with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development.
• Ensure the health and safety of children is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the nursery setting.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs.

• NCFE Cache Level 2 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience working in an early years setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
