Position: Qualified Nursery Practitioners (Level 2/3)

Location: Bingley

Are you a passionate and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in Bingley? We have exciting opportunities available for both full-time and part-time positions in our vibrant nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the nursery.
  • Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure the delivery of an outstanding early years curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting.
  • Passion for childcare and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Enthusiasm for outdoor play and learning experiences.
  • Ability to create and follow a playdough recipe (memory or reference).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as required.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and commitment to child safety.
