Our client is a highly respected and successful firm of estate agents based in across kent and Sussex.

They are looking to recruit Lettings Coordinator/Administrator for the Lettings team in their Tunbridge Wells Branch.

It’s an interesting and varied role with the main duties being:

  • Call handling
  • Organising of general property repairs and maintenance
  • Co-ordinating works with trades, tenants and landlords
  • Planning, scheduling and attending periodic inspection visits
  • Arranging safety certificates to retain compliance standards
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory report assessment and handling deposit claims

Person specification:

  • Highly organised
  • Self-confident
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full driver’s licence and be a car owner
  • Good Maths and English exam grades
  • Good IT skills
  • Previous relevant experience will be an advantage

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8.50am - 5.30pm
  • Saturdays 9.00am - 4.30pm with weekday in lieu

Package:

  • £23,000 plus profit share after successful completion of probation
  • OTE guide: £25,000
  • Holiday: 21 days rising to 23 days after 5 years
