This is a unique opportunity with flexible base location across Essex to ensure sensible daily commute from home. Along with the option of working from home 1-2 days per week after successful completion of initial probationary period.

Lettings Progressor  – Benefits

• £26k - £27k basic + Commission OTE £28k+

• Monday- Friday NO WEEKENDS

Lettings Progressor – Duties:

• Drafting and sending out tenancy agreements.
• Dealing with all referencing
• ID checks, right to rent and affordability
• Enduring the property is compliant ready for move in and in line with legislation
• Coordinating move in process

Lettings Progressor – Experience needed

Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator is advantageous.

Previous experience dealing with administration.
