About you

You should be an experienced lettings negotiator looking for your next challenge. A natural ability to build relationships and work with your team towards targets and the growth of the business is key. You must be focused with a competitive and willing attitude to thrive.

The Role

Working closely with and supporting your Lettings Manager and Lister to maintain existing business and focus on collectively building a stronger presence in the area. You will be targeted and expected to register and screen all applicants, conduct viewings, liaise with landlords and negotiate offers through to ensure a smooth tenancy.

The rewards

  • OTE £45-£55k
  • Office hours - Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm. Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm
  • Saturday rota - 1 in 4
  • Based in Notting Hill
