Are you a keen Lettings Negotiator looking to join a multi-award-winning team in the heart of Southport?

We are currently looking for a high-performing Lettings Negotiator  to join our client and their extremely successful team in Southport, Merseyside

Working hours:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work full time

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered

  • Up to a basic of £25,000
  • Generous commission structure (UNCAPPED!)
  • Great company benefits and incentives

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

  • Worked within the role previously.
  • Basic IT skills
  • Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to close business
  • Personable

As a  Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals.
  • Building excellent rapport with Tenants and landlords alike
  • Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information.
  • Booking viewings and carrying out viewings
  • Being proactive to achieve new business opportunities.
  • Dealing with tenants move-ins
  • Dealing with offers
  • Answering incoming calls and queries
